For targeted analysis of metabolites, we use hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC) coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) on an Agilent 6495 triple quadrupole mass spectrometer. We compiled databases of retention times and multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) parameters for various metabolites.

• Global target panel (ca. 500 target metabolites)

• Primary metabolites (ca. 200 target metabolites)
