For untargeted analysis, we use an Agilent 6546 time-of-flight (TOF) mass spectrometer coupled with hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC). We use a data-dependent acquisition (DDA) method. The DDA data is analyzed with a computational workflow that uses mzMine for feature detection and spectral matching and GNPS for feature-based molecular networking.​
